All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. Please write to us at care@aaheli.com to request the cancellation.
Exchange can be done within 15 days from the date of delivery. We offer exchange for the products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its original labels, tags and invoice.
Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size)
All our products undergo Quality checking. In an unlikely event of receiving a damaged product please write to us at care@aaheli.com within 5 days of receiving along with order details and pictures of the product. We offer 100% replacement or money back guarantee.
We will generate a reverse pickup with a nominal fee of Rs.150/- towards pickup courier charge (charge of Rs.150 will be deducted from your refunded amount).
The return package should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
Once we receive your order back, we will initiate your refund (Amount will get refunded into your account in 7-10 working days)
Note: If you have paid through Debit or Credit card we will initiate your refund amount in original source payment method. In case of COD/ Wallet/other payment methods we will initiate refund in Bank account provided by you.
