Order Delivery: It’s a busy time for online orders, and whilst this does mean that you may experience some slight delays, rest assured that we’ll be maintaining the strict health & hygiene standards we’ve put into place. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled. You can use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
